聽講話個度遲D會有新樓(保良局舊址)，唔知有冇人知呢個消息。

但重建就聽過

不過等重建
似乎要第一段時間

learn from newspaper that from 1st street to 2nd street, inbetween centre st and Eastern st , the whole area will be rebuilt.

kaka, which street/building are good to live?
can you give me some suggestion? cos we are
planning to rent a flat in Sai Ying Pun.

a family of three looking for not so noisy environment, 3 rooms below 15K
(well,less is better) ...
