補充一下:-
"clean" means you have to submit the B/L without any mistakes.
"3/3" means you have to submit 一式三份 B/L to the bank.
Any deviation to the above, you will have L/C discrepancy, in other words, you have the risk for getting money late or worst case cannot get the money because of those discrepancies.
