Urgent, PLEASE HELP..

因公司剛剛诐收購, 要準備new employment contract that included the terms of "以往的年資會帶到新公司" or "新合約包括以往的年資".
請問有沒有以上祺資料 (Enlgish), 如有請pm給我!

我公司只係在其中一個point咁樣寫:

Previous contracts:
all previous contracts of emoployment between you and the company/subsidiaries are hereby terminated, save for the following:
DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICE WITH THE COMPNAY WAS ON DD-MM-YY (之前公司的入職日期)
