I am working in a small firm located in Kwun Tong, very boring, if he is here, company fullfil of dead air, nobody taling, even I can hear a"Wu Yin" flying passby.
I work in a big Japanese company located in Tai Po (parent company is a listed company in Japan) for over 10 years.
Our MD and top management are all appointed by headquarter and their appointment will normally not more than 5 years. Some of them come to HK for just few months and then transfer back to Japan.
Our benefits include double pay, bonus (less than one month's salary), annual dinner, MPF. However, my salary didn't increase for the past 5 years. So I am thinking to change the job this year.
One more thing to share: most of the Japanese staff are very 咸濕. How about your Japanese staff/boss?

I used to work in a big Japanese company located in Kowloon Bay for few years long, the Japnese who working in Hong Kong also appointed by head quarter in Japan, every 3 or 6 years will change, some young guys will come to HK as a traineer but only stay 3 months long. I don't know whether it is because a big Japanese company is like this, most of the men are very 咸濕, they always bring and read 咸濕 雑誌 in the office when theMD is not here. If there is any good looking lady, they will opening say they want to have sex with her.
But when I changed to a small firm, the situation is changed, my former boss and even now the cheap cheap boss, they perform quite OK, they never do such 下品 way in front of the ladies. My former boss was a very nice middle age man, he is very respect of the ladies.
