Administrative Assistant wanted

My friend (a handsome, high qualification and unmarried man ^_^) wants to employ an assistant to help him to run the office. Very small office with 2 nos. of staff only in TsimShaTsui East. Main office is in USA and manufacturing factory is in China.

Therefore, most likely have to be one-foot-kick. See if you are interested or any good referral:

Administrative Assistant

Applicants should have High Dip. or above, better in Business Studies or Marketing, and have at least 2 years working experience, better in shipping and/or secretarial. Applicants should have good communication skill in both English and Mandarin.

Preference will be given to those good at using Excel, Words, Access and e-mail etc.

Salary: 8K to 10K (negotiable)
