我有批貨22號已到日本,D貨要做大陸FORM A,
正本B/L已於18號寄出, 但FORM A 我22號才寄出.
及已通知客人,客人覆24號一定要收到,如果唔係就要比稅,
但昨日客人話我地因FORM A 遲了到日本,引致要比94,500
稅(日元)即港幣約$6,000.00,要我們負責,
但我CHECK FEDEX24號早上已經收到,因23號是日本假期
我之前都有幾次遲
Hi, I think this is un-resonable since some time we also delay and customer received origina; Form A after vessel arrived. Beside, you already check with Fed. as signed acknowledge receipt by them on time,
how come they ask you to take such resp. ?! I think their too strick................ By the way, they is your old customer?
Sorry, forget to remind you better to informed them the documents arrival day (Even their holiday) in advance since some time they can contact/arrange with Fed. Japan by themself even holiday
