I also got the same problem. There are two solutions :
1) use a same colour ribbon to tie on the sling, then tie on your ankle. it still looks good, depends on the style of your shoes
2) buy a pair of anti slippery strip for sling back shoes. try Wing On or Millies. I bought one before but forget where did I buy it.
