are you the customer service rep.? many customer always like that, if you mind it, you will feel very upset ar~ for me, i will not care what they say, i don't want to make me feeling unhappy after job.
Some people just like to take it out on the customer service rep. It makes them feel better to make other people’s live miserable. If you could afford to be a full time mom, quit the job. With such a stressful job may affect your relationship with your bb and husband.
thanks for all your replies. You are right, my job is quite demanding and causing me much stress that really affect my relationship with my husband and BB. Last night my husband told me that he would be capable to take care of the family himself and encourage me to quit if i find the job unbearable. I am really moved by his words.
