my baby had similar situation.
the dr at health clinic wrote a referral letter so that we could take baby for a check-up at CHEUNG SHA WAN Specialized Clinic (skin).
but the queue was super long. had to wait for 4 months.
we gave up. and went to see private dr.
baby's skin is much better now.
