Finally got the Ghillie 35cm in 日本橋
Love it though it seems it will easy to get dirty ah.

Stayed in Tokyo five days. In the last day, visit the Hermes shop in
曰本橋. Just walk straight and ask for b/K. One of the sales lady then lead me to the men wear room and show me the orange box. I was so shocked when i saw the Ghillie and quickly take it though i like 30 cm more.

However, I think it is quite difficult to biy the Kelly /B in Japan nowadays as many "big6" or Taiwanese" rushed to Japan for birkin/ Kelly with cheaper exchange rate. Best time to get a b/k easily is around 2:30 when there is shipment arrived.

But when my frd arrived the ginza store at 2.45pm the other day, the sales said all bag were sold out in the morning.

I went to Ginza Hermes all three days at around 2:30 pm and saw the sales lady showing the client with Birkin. One day is blue orange and other day is dark green (new color)
Next time you can plan to go earlier at 1:30-2:00 .
