bb在醫院個3日有餵母乳, 但她不願吃, 出院時有黃疸, 於是我停了人奶. 念住以後不餵人奶. 但到了一星期後見她退了很多黃疸, 我想再餵人奶給bb, 試下擠乳頭見有些奶水, 於是用電泵泵再加手擠. 因為發覺用手擠會易些出奶. 今天是第三天擠人奶, 擠2次,每次約有10ml, 擠約45分鐘. 雖然量很少, 我亦照給bb飲, 飲得幾多得幾多.

請問我這個情況是否開始回奶? 有否方法令奶量多些? 我已飲魚湯.

多些比BB埋身啜， 休息多點， 飲多點水，自然會多奶的啦！！！

魚湯-要好濃先得嫁, 應該call it 魚汁, my mom buy $80 of fish and make it like 6 bowls, 1 for each meal for 2 days and it works quite well, esp if u use the fish call "紅壇"..it is tought by the 魚家.

多飲水
多食飯就有奶

有d人系用手擠會易些出
不過我是用電泵

多謝各位的意見.

bb不肯啜, 可能她現在是吃奶粉.

我今天只泵了一次奶(其實大部份時間是用手擠奶), 用了45分鐘只得半安士. 餵了這半安才給奶粉. 就算得這麼少也要給bb吃.

don't worry, my little girl was hospitalized for 10 days after birth (for phototherapy) and during that 10 days, I could not pump ANY breastmilk and she was bottle-fed with formula. I took that opportunity to rest at home and recovered. When my bb was discharged from the hospital, I directly breastfed her and she had no nipple confusion whatsoever. I insisted on feeding-on-demand and I believe that direct breastfeeding is the best and it stimulates breast milk production.

you may try the pump later...

take your time. you little one is still very small and you have plenty of chances to train her up

add oil!!!!
