They have 18 months warranty. You can take it back to the store if you bought the shoes within 18 months.

I was told that they have their own shoe repairer and can help u pass the shoes to the repairer. Ferragamo itself does not have a repairer. Plus u got to pay for it. This is what I was told by the ferragamo in pp.
