I have bad feeling for my selected design and contracting co. I fould this compay because he was great show in I-cabel and have road show presentation in wan Chai. The first impression for me is very good and I thing is should be my smart chance....! Now almost finish the contract but end up over budget more them 30 %, because a lot of parts at the contarct is not included. You know that just a budget issue but the improtant think is their designer selling them how professional and sure atlease 95% match to the design what the present. endup is a lot of excuse to tell you can not do that and that ! also the material they order price is higher then market mroe then 200%
They alway present their how professional and good quality ! but the resule show me that's just a MAKE IN CHINA process ! and they charge you near 60% higher from market.
Please careful for your selection and good luck for everybody !
