我想問收奶飲緊麥芽or淡豆豉仲泵唔泵好架?
我應點做?飲後咩都唔洗理?

I breast feed my son for 6 1/2 months and I did not take anything special to stop the milk flow when I tried to stop breast feeding.

One useful suggestion is slowly reduce the milk flow (less demand less supply) .You would notice your supply would be reduced significantly.

請問漸減過程太約拖了幾耐,才完全無谷無赤或擠也不再有奶?
