生左個幾月(13Aug), 人奶媽想健康減肥, 有咩方法?

想食康保來full set, 有人試過嘛?
會唔會對奶有影響家呢?

好心急呀, 因為十月尾要擺酒, 仲差十五lbs.. 肥到顛!!:-( :-(

i also want to know!!!! i just buy a powder from them but dont dare to eat!!!althought they say it is harmless..but i dont tryst them:tongue:

the powder should be fine for bf! but the thing is,, i wanna take the full set of HERbalife... which means it contains different kind of vitamin/pills!
