蔚藍灣畔--may be no view,convenience under big shopping mall, i listen from my friend noisy from the bus station ,and traffic light, first month she live there can't sleep good
君傲灣--new but small,60+ actual size
維景灣畔--good but inconvenience for shopping,but big club house
if 8-9仟, i think u can try others not so new one,because some like hang hau, in east point city ,may can rent 3 m la, internal also ok,because of shk flat, if u want to see flat i can introduce one agent to u,i follow him to buy th current flat ar, but i declare i am not agent ar.
