請問用Medela mini既媽咪, 你地係點消毒架?
我係屋企就可以用steam, 但係返公司就唔知點消毒好...

Medela mini既喇叭 可以入微波爐消毒嗎? 如果可以, 咁佢仲有個黃色既咀, 係咪都可以放埋入微波爐呢?

U can put it in a container (2000ml) with water and antiseptic pills for breast feed
every time, rinse it when before u use, and put it back after cleanse

買多set Medela mini既喇叭同黃色既咀,每次用一set已消毒的,返到屋企先至消毒,不是太貴,Medela mini既喇叭約$40+,黃色既咀約$50+有2個,係尚健買,會員有九折,我係全職全泵媽媽,買黎for出街用,方便好多!

喺公司泵完奶之後, 會用滾水沖兩沖,
再放入一個新的食物袋內, 然後雪入Freezer,
於下次泵奶前10分鐘攞出嚟灘凍!
而每朝返工前就要消毒!

我已經用這個方法泵咗三年奶!

use the steamer to sterize the pump before u go out. Put them into a clean plastic bag eg. Ziploc or a plastic lunch box. Then put them into the fridge before use. Use the tape water to clean thoroughtly after use and use the very hot water to rainse it again. Put them into the fridge until u pump the breast next time in the office.

1. I have bought from the Baptist Hospital
2. and then from Avent
3. and any dispensary
