治安要好, 很小單位已可, 有保安, 有電梯. 我想買, 大約多少錢?

I am looking for a flat just around 300 to 400 ft is enough. One room, one toilet with kitchen. As it will be only one lady live there, not too old and clean place. So I hope it is safety first and the budget is under 1 Million. Any suggestion?

般咸道, 堅道 are classified at Mid Level West. I think it is almost quite impossible to get 300-400 ft in that area for budget under 1M except for really really old buildings with no lifts.
Why dont you go to some property agent's website or www.gohome.com.hk to search ?
