有無人住荃景花園,請問實用面積係幾多?交通方便嗎? 屋苑係咪有個私人泳池,大唔大?多唔多人游?THS

Hi, popol,

I live in Tsuen King Garden, 實用率is about 84%. From my experience, I think the transportation here is quite good. You may walk from the Tsuen Wan MTR station to Tsuen King Garden around using 15 minutes or you may take green minibus in Tsuen Wan MTR station to Tsuen King Garden just using 5 minutes. Especially, when there are typhoon, traffic jam or accident, you may realize that living in Tsuen King is much better than living in 麗城 or 深井, because you can go home by foot. Besides, there are Bus Route 30X from Allway Garden to Whampoa, 39M from Allway Garden to Tsuen Wan MTR station, these bus routes will pass by Tsuen king Garden.

There are 2 swimming pools in Tsuen King Garden, one is in Phrase I (block 1 to block 7), one is in Phrase II (block 8 to block 12). Resident in Phrase I can only use the swimming pool in Phrase I, but they can't use the swimming pool in Phrase II and vice vera. From my obversation, they are not too many residents using the swimming pool, especially in weekdays. Therefore, the swimming pool is not crowded. Hope this information may help you.

In my opinion, 荃景 is the best choice among the others if you think the price difference is not important. It is because the transportation of 荃景 is better than 荃威or荃德, and 荃景 is the nearest property to Tsuen Wan MTR station (I can't imagine how people walk from MTR station to 荃威).

There is no superstore in 荃威or荃德. Although 荃景 and 荃灣中心 is very near and it's convenient for residents of both properties to shop, but the property management and hygiene of 荃灣中心 is much worse than 荃景. And I was told by some property agents that most people come from mainland China live in 荃灣中心 and that's why the hygiene of 荃灣中心 is worse. Also, people usually move from 荃威 to 荃灣中心, then from 荃灣中心 to 荃景, then from 荃景 to Discovery Park. However, as I mentioned before the price of 荃景 is the highest among the others. So should be careful in making your decision.
