It depends which criteria you wants to know.

In terms of club house, The Liberty is the best among the 4. It has the badminton court, bowling (in which others doesn't have).

In terms of view, I think the Pacifica has the best view.

昇悅居。現住昇悅居三房，雖然只得一個厠所，但廳大房大，特別是主人房，有一凹位可做特大衣櫃。會所有24小時健身室，可以等亜B訓左覺後去做Gym，亦有室內室外游泳池。覺得交通尚算方便，但到地鐵站要過幾條馬路。

長江樓出名CLUB HOUSE 好,但係D樓唔住得人,太過垃圾
新鴻基就OK,但係貴D
4小龍,想住9龍樓,又要平咪住LOR...(之前做地產既個人見解)希望幫到你

你自己行入去昇月居, 宏景台同埋宇晴軒睇下就知, 若果樓對住長沙灣工廠個邊, 往美孚方向個條馬路24小時唔停, 嘈到你死, 又大塵

若果對住內園, 低層好暗, 因為全部都係密密麻麻既樓擋住哂, 你係內園行, 望上去, 你會感到眼花同頭暈

碧海藍天無咁密雜, 空氣流通d, 但離mtr較遠, 但相反近西鐵同香港線, 佢個view部份對住海麗村, 但有海景, 內園都較靜, 有海風, 望番去昇月居同宇晴軒個邊. 整體樓價碧海貴好多, 但我覺得用料同埋界格, 碧海係四小龍中最好既

Absolutely agree. I live in Pacifica--poor management, low quality finishings, clubhouse facilities very very average, air-con inside the house always out of order, gross area very very cheating! living room design very difficult to place furniture, like public housing units!
The only selling point is the seaview, garden view is not acceptable as the room is just too dark even daytime. It is lucky that I am just a tenant, not an owner. Will move after the lease ends.
