I don't think it will affect the price. I did sold out one in Tuen Mun which had been re-decorated without permittion of the Housing Authority. I got a good deal.
If the re-decorated area is better than the original design, and the main point is the buyer like it or not?? If not, nothing to do. On the other hand, if they like it, there will be a good deal anyway.
