We are looking for three bedroom apartment. Working in Wan Chai, Hubby is English will be working in TST East soon at least for the next five years. Preferred flat with good size kitchen.
Any comment on 城市花園 vs. 黃埔花園 vs.太古城 ? Which one better?
If U like shopping tai koo shing is the best,and good transportation because of mtr.
城市花園 for child learn exact activity is good,but air polluation
黃埔花園 had jusco and size is good,but normally is diamond shape,
I would like to choose Tai Koo Shing the air is ok also for child study in hk side is good also
The only thing I'm not happy with 黃埔花園 is the 樓層高度 ,only 八呎多, because my hubby and I both "BIG size" :mrgreen: :mrgreen:. 16/F the 樓層高度 is much better, but my hubby does not like to walk 1/2 floor up.
Yes, we went to see Royal Peninsula as well. The proper 3 bedrooms one with all windows , we did not like the size of the living room.
But the other proper size living room usually have one small room with no windows.
It's also abit too close to the Funeral Parlour. :-| :-| :-|
