1. If she didn't take her leave during the employment period, she should leave according to her visa date; if she didnt take that 14days yet,you can let her go down 14days before the visa expiry date.
2. U need to pay 1 way airfare (approximate $500-700); or one way ticket for her
3. Her salary until the last date of employment.
4. Remember to ask her to sign the receipt (salary and air ticket )
