You can buy it from Health Gate in Central.

I have been taking Fenugreek since I started breastfeeding and it works well for me. However, I didn't buy it from Health Gate, I ask my friend to send it from U.S.A.

You may find it at GNC shops, very convenient. Quality is safe.

Yummy,

GNC is a branding of US.
Some retailing shops, such as Mannings have it's branding products.
Also, I remember some MTR stations, such as TST have GNC branding shop.

Fenugreek is organic herb in tablet form to increase breast milk, popular in western country, just like Chinese takes 通草.
