May be you can reduce the pumping gradually when BB grows up. I faced the same problem in the first 3 months. But after I went to work, the pumping time reduced to 3 times a day. The swelling situation reduced gradually. Now I will only hv the "swelling" feeling for amost 8 hours without pumping. That's acceptable. The milk amount will drop (now 30+ oz per day) but still I can still meet BB's demand. 納奧美 寫道:
