租客成日遲交租

只係租咗幾個月, 差唔多次次都遲交

, 真係好嬲

點樣可以令佢準時d

有乜方法? 呵呵sorry, 暫時真係諗吾到香港政府有乜野條例可以幫到業主...............

我以前就試過.....................

嗺有成日打去煩佢law, but後尾連電話都吾聽

我都係剛催租客交１１月份租金，好彩個租客係我個朋友介紹，必要時我會叫埋我個ｆｒｉｅｎｄ幫手搵佢，同埋我知個租客只係勁忙，而唔係無＄交租啫！

呢個問題真係巧起好多法律界人士; 又唔可以用非法ge方法, 合法ge又無效..........

我係租客,租左2個月.兩次都遲交...我都覺得不好意思.
不過我不是不想交,是忘了.我希望下個月會記得...我會入落記事簿...

其實個業主話叫我自動轉賬,不過我不肯.我相信很多租客都不會.

我試過一個租客, 月月遲! 成日話忙
結果最後变成每2個月交一次租, 2個月中間交, 即刻一個月late, 一個月準時 ! 总之收足就算, 唔鬼煩 !

The most effective way is to visit the flat at night time and collect the rent in person.

If the tenant fail / refuse to pay the rent in arrear after its due date by 14-day, you should find a solicitor to send the tenant warning letter. While the tenant still do not settle the arrear, then you could instruct your solicitor to take further actions to get back the flat to protect your own interest.
