Prayer Request

My friend gave birth to a twin boy at 33 weeks 2 days ago. Babies are in critical condition, they lungs are very week, and are now in NICU.

She has tried almost two years to get pregnant. Ever since she got pregnant, she has not been in very good physical shape, and she has to stay home ever since. I just talked to her on the phone, she can't sleep for 2 days, and can't stop crying. I worry a lot about her, and my heart broke to see her suffer. Please pray for her.

Please help to share the following with your friend:

My sister-in-law gave birth in last year end, at that time babies (twins) was only 30+ weeks (think more or less similar to your friend). The doctor advised her to take out the babies becos of her high blood pressures. She therefore had no choice but follow...

The babies were so weak esp their lungs. Even worse that they had to survive relying on the aqualung. My brother and sister-in-law were so worried about them... now, they are nearly 1 year old la...

Since the babies were really weak after birth, no one was allowed to see them except parents. My brother said their size was kind of a "coke" only, really small, that's why my sister-in-law was crying all the times at that time.

Please help to pass on this to your friend, dont worry, I am sure that they will be fine... I will pray for them...

好多謝你們的代禱。好感謝神透過呢個網叫我們可以互相枝持。

我探左Vicky, 見到佢成個人落左盈，面色好差，眼好黑，明顯係好耐冇体息。佢丈夫話其實BB的情況並不大差，正如retail 分享，是未足月的bb，只有父母才能探，看相是插左喉，有心跳monitor的。相信一般的未足月，過輕的bb也是這樣，但卻令媽媽很擔心，心傷透。

醫院的policy亦令Vicky 的情緒非常壞透。開刀生Twins，傷口又大又痛，但政府醫院用的止痛很差，用左傷口都奇痛。姑娘唔helpful, 乜都唔會幫手，你可以落牀就冇人理你，又唔俾家人陪，一日早晚各兩個鐘探，夠鐘就趕你走。我估主要係佢好擔心之餘又冇家人陪伴在側，令佢情緒很差。醫生也怕她產後"益屈"，所以情況良好的話，明天會出院回家体息。

多謝你們的代禱。禱告是大有功效的。我好記得女兒初初反天家，我在醫院中，有一晚我是感覺到有很多人為我禱告以致我不致倒下來。

好開心知道, bb 情況唔係咁差. 你同 vicky 講 ah, 無事既, 因為我哥哥對 twins 出世既時候, 每個都係得磅零, 早幾個星期前佢地唔舒服, 無胃口食嘢, 我 parents 話我知, 佢兩兩個病都重肥肥白白...

未足月身體係弱 d 架啦, 不過我相信後天可補夠...

Retail and all,

Thank you very much for your encouragement and prayer. Your brother's story is a real encouragement to Vicky. After she went home on Saturday, she felt a lot better. She is eating healthy food. She knows whe has a lot to do when the twins come back.

I think the twins are also doing very good. They can eat and breath by themselves, but they still need the incubator. That is very good for 3lb babies.

The doctor called them this morning, asking to talk to the husband. When the husband went to the hospital, he was busy and can't talk. I wish everything will be fine, and the twins can get out of the hospital very soon.

I visited my brother last week. His twins are fine. Their sizes are a bit smaller than the normal sizes but still ok. If they've already out from ICU, their situation should be much under control. May GOD Bless Vicky and her family.
