Anyone held a birthday party in Wise kids or Pizza Express?

I am planning to have a birthday party for my 3 years old daughter. Any suggestion? How about Wise kids or Pizza Express? Any other suggestion?

In Pizza Express, every kid can make their own pizza and bring it home! If you book the one in City Plaza, you can make use of the outdoor place outside Pizza Express to play some games with the kids.

I have checked with Pizza Express (the one in Wanchai), it's around HKD138 per child which includes soft drink & pizza making (for kids only). No charge for adults. Need to order food in the resturant for adults. My rough estimation would be around HKD4000 (seems a bit expensive) for around 10+ kids and 20 adults.
Wisekids also charge me at around the same price.

Btw, do you have any ideas if 3 yrs enjoy pizza making?

Any other suggestion besides Pizza Express?

I think PizzaExpress' food is just soso, but the pizza making concept is quite good.

I am now also facing the same problem cos I cannot locate a great birthday party venue on HK Island!!

We had our 2nd birthday party at Brazi BBQ at Victoria Park. Again, food is just soso....

If I really cannot locate an ideal venue, we may do it at our Clubhouse.

Clubhouse? That's what i thought as well. However, I have been holding birthday party for the last 2 years (the most cost effective) ... just want to have a change..... big headache.

We had lunch party at Brazil BBQ a couple of years ago, it costed HK$7X per head, I think. :lol:

I dont know why my girl kept saying she wanted to do her party at our Clubhouse!!! Probably because it's new.....we just moved in 2 months ago....

Have you compared Pizza Express with Fat Angelos in Elizabeth House? Fat Angelos is also quoting me 4,000 including service charge and pizza making for kids.

I haven't tried Fat Angelos. Does 4K include foods for adults? Since pizza express package does not include adults food, would charge by consumption.

Yes, 4K is quoting for 40 pax (adults + children) incl. service charge. There will be 40 unlimited refill drinks, any extra drink will charge at 33 each. I find Fat Angelos' location is quite convenient and most of all it can provide a private room to me. Does Pizza Express provide private room for the party?

I actually had also called Wise Kids earlier, but its location in Cyberport is a bit too remote for me.

The price I quoted from PizzaExpress is in Wanchai. They don't have any private room. Bascially, if time available, they will reserve the whole resturant and 2-3 tables outdoor. The resturant is not really big.

My son just finished his 4yr old b'day party at apm KFC. And I'm quite satisfied with there. Cost $1900 for total 45 paxs incl children and adults. ２個歡樂姐姐都ＯＫ啦，開partdy 嘅地方又開陽同厠所都ＯＫ. 其實我之前都想左好多地方例如 McDonald, Wise kid, Mad science,pizza hut, the restaurant to make pizza, the Bishop Lei hotel in hk side, my own clubhouse, the Regal hotel 但唔係唔包食就唔包佈置再唔係就唔包姐姐同小朋友玩，好煩！我覺得＄都其次，開生日會係希望小朋友開心，但如果請clown,小朋友驚或冇興趣就on 居啦！That's why I choose KFC finally, and my son and his friends spent a happy day there. The other KFC is also quite nice is Hollywood Plaza but always full.

About Wise kid, my son joined his friend's b'day party there but I found that even though地方四正又有gym玩，但小朋友個個都係自己玩好少交流，本人就覺得冇左意義所以冇係嗰度搞。
