I am just a beginner. Know how to make simple egg cake and butter shortcake. I am going to take a lesson to make New York cheeze cake this Friday. Both of my husband and daughter like NY cheeze cake very much. Hope I can bake one for their birthday end of this month !!

why not? i gave my kids cheeze when they reached 6 months. also, if the cake is home-made, you can assure the quality and nutrient.
