I am not happy with the service of Kiwisweets. I reserved a Thomas Cake for my son. Finally the cake come out with different type(style) without telling me. Besides, I told them that I either pay more for the fruits in the cake but the fruits are so less. I asked them to bring the cake with dry-ice but they said it is useless. And the crem was melted and the coulour is a little bit terrible. I am very disappointed with it. The reason that the staff gave me was that because we live far away(Tai Po) and they afraid the cake can't stand long. Is it the reason? Should they inform me before they bake it? How can I don't get the cake when all the guests are in my house waiting for the celebration?
