想整細張相來上傳"我的大頭照"，我建議用 IrfanView 呢個免費軟件來改細張相，步驟如下:

1. 執行 IrfanView
2. 撿選目錄 "File -> Open" 來開啟你想改既張相檔案(file)
3. 撿選目錄 "Image -> Resize/Resample"
4. 撿選 "Set new size"，然後輸入新既相片解析度(size)，要注意BK要求最大解析度係唔超過150x150像素
5. 在"Size method"下撿選"Lanczos filter"
5. 點選 "OK"
6. 撿選目錄 "Image -> Sharpen"
7. 撿選目錄 "File -> Save as" 來儲存改細左相既檔案
8. 卻定新檔案既大小(file size)唔超過 20,000 bytes

改細左張相之後就可以上傳大頭照啦，步驟如下:

1. 登入你既 BK 會員帳號
2. 在 BK 網頁最頂度點選 "觀看帳號"
3. 點選 "上傳我的大頭照"
4. 選擇果張改細左既檔案
5. 點選 "確定送出"
6. 搞掂!

用 IE 打開張相，然後 right-click 張相，撿 "properties"，你會見到像素size顯示出來。

撿選 IrfanView 目錄 "File -> Save as"，螢幕會出現一個 "Save Picture As..." 視窗，首先將存檔類型設定為 "JPG-JPEG Files"，然後在右邊既 "JPEG/GIF save options" 視窗度，再調低 Save quality 至 50 左右，跟住唔好tick "Keep original EXIF data" 及 "Keep original IPTC data"。點選 "Save"。

存檔後 file size 應較細。有需要的話(仍超過20KB的話)可將 save quality 再調低去將就。

yesterday i have posted my son's updated photo in大頭照, and it is done finally. however, when i visited this web at my office today, why his photo is old photo? is there any difference if i use another set of pc?
also, i am still unable to upload the photos in signature, please help>

大頭照 are stored on web server, hence they should look the same from any client PC. Did you set your IE not to automatically refresh web page? Try to refresh the screen (press F5 key) to see if it helps.

For photos in signature, you need to upload them in an online web album (e.g. Albumtown) first.

thanks, i will check my ie when i return home.
regarding the photos in signature, i already posted it in the web photo book. please advise where should i put the web address on my personal data, in signature area? i can ony see the web address then but no photos.
