Urgent Help...for USA Trip Info

Dear on-job Daddies,

I want urgent info about USA Trip:

a) transporation in USA, New York?
b) luggage restrictions in USA, New York, JFK?
c) time spent on check-in in New York, JFK airport?
d) temperature in USA in Nov?
e) pay tips hint in restaurant? Shd guest pay or not?
f) Any latest info our Hong Kong people should pay more attention to?

a. taxi, subway (ideal but complicate route) & bus (slowest);
b. each person allow check in 2 pieces at 32 KG each
** remember "no" gel/liquid item inside your handcarry;
c. depends, which airline your R taken;
d. getting cooler in NOV, need jacket;
e. standard 10% of the bill, & depends whos the "Boss";
f. arrive airport early, both HKG & JFK (follow the correct signage), cos tones of security check & you don't wanna miss flt.
