賠償問題

本人座駕係停車場有輕微"損壞", 由於停車場沒有任何指示,該位地下有一條消防喉,用角鐵圍著,車主根本無可能留意到, 又無放雪榚筒. 現停車場接受本人寫一封投訴信,要求賠償,想問封信要甚樣寫才可claim 到賠償, 是否要找公証行做呢?

有無信o的樣辦或公正行去信既樣辨?

just get a quotation for the damage repair, include it with your letter of complaint, and then wait for reply and compensation. no need to explain how the accident happened.

I got the quotation yesterday. will I need also to attach the photo to them? Since they took the photos already.

我之前都有一次 claim 停車場賠償既經驗, 果次係停車場內部裝修, 佢地工人唔小心將十幾點油漆整左落我部車度, 我就自己影相, 再連同投訴信比停車場.

之後停車場安排公證行影相及賠償報價, 成個賠償搞左幾個月

these cases, normally they will claim insurance company, therefore, it will take a long time. if you have photos, then it will be okay, no need to include with your letter now.
