點解我近呢幾日log-out唔到?
試過登出多次情況都是一樣,每次開電腦上bk都係"Hello owenmami"? ?-(

以下是解決的步驟：

1. 開啟Internet Explorer
2. 於「工具」中選擇「網際網絡選項」(IE6) 或「Internet 選項」 (IE5)
3. 刪除「Temporary Files」

您的電腦中安裝了續傳軟體，建議您將續傳軟體關閉或移除
What is that meant: Where can I go? and What should I do,? Please you would tech me too! Is it the same like in this methode? I would like to hear your opinion. (The abovementioned Chinese are provided by Kimo's email to me, but I don't understand,how to do?)

續傳軟體 in English means "download manager software" which are very popular among the users who frequently download files, pictures, videos, music, etc from web sites. Examples of 續傳軟體 include gozilla, freshget, emule, getright, net transport...

Check to see if you have installed any of such download manager recently. I guess Kimo meant that such software should not be run on your PC when using their service.
