Hey buddy,
I'm not a physical trainer actually and I'm just an active person. You should start a little bit with your kid and see what kind of sport he interested on, then let him stick into it.
It could be better than just spend times on TV games, Toys and stuff like that....isn't it ??

I live in country side but work in kowloon.
Unfortunately, My wife she dosen't sports....ANY

I love scuba diving and skin diving very much.

我唔係十分love sports
不過我應該係一個幾貪玩既daddy
currenting 我鐘意...
diving, shating, play RC car, swimming...
and go to gym two or three times a week

now I'm planning to purchase and ride the BMX :-P
cos I would like to try some diff. action which I didn't play when I'm young...

I ride downhill previously and some time dirt jumping, Just don't get hurt or your wife could kill you ..

我最愛划龍舟，其次行山、索澗和水上活動！

有無爸爸想玩龍舟呢？我和朋友攪了一隊龍舟隊叫做「聯青」，平時晚上去西貢操龍(一、三、五)！並在端午節參加比賽！
