For a IT manager with such high workload and hash working time, $42,000 may be underpaid. BTW, how old is he and what is his qualification?

I think he should have at least 60K for such harsh working hours, I don't think the working hours and working days is usually for other IT manger. I think it is impossible for a people who work 7 days a week from 8am to 2am. This company needs a an ironman but not a human.

你都係做IT？你係指市價抑或係你個人意願？

7年算係咁上下啦，而且做in-house，一般 in-house都係指vendor做野咋。我做vendor做左十幾年，做過幾大US vendor，個個客都係咁上下，D working hours 同我地比，簡直係天堂同地獄之別。

而家IT範數大多，同樣做IT Manager，做既野可能有好大分別，不能一慨而論。

No use to verify salary based on graduation, quali or age. Be a smart IT manager, he can not >50K.

why don't you consider the jobs offering Macao then in HK? Since there are so many vancancies and most of them are foreign capital investments.

I have been working in Macao for more than 14 yrs, so good and I have a family together with my wife...
