Tell the baby everything in your heart no matter it is happy or unhappy, everything that you think (can even include theory), and everything action that you're going to do, eg. you're going to leave him in the baby bed and go to the washroom for a while; tell him that you're going to work and will be home tonight......etc. The baby will know you more and more as time goes by.
I used this method to my son. He is now 5-year-old, and he likes listening to my every theory with patience.
