I use Maxi Cosi Pebble car seat (infant car seat for 0m-12m only) for baby on taxi. It fits well on taxi's 3-point harness but note some taxi's harness (~20%) may not be long enough.

You are welcome. I am more than happy to share my car seat experience as it is a must-have for parents who travel on car/taxi.

Yes. Maxi Cosi is by far the most compatible car seat. You can buy adapter to hook it on the chasis of most European stroller system e.g. Quinny Modd/Zapp

No one feel annoyed so far during my ~20 taxi trips. I usually spend less than 1 min to connect car seat to harness. (However, not related to car seat, taxi can charge an extra $5 if you put the chasis at the back of a taxi)

Nice to hear that! As I don\'t have a car & I foresee I\'ll mostly take taxi when I go out.
I don\'t think carry baby on my lap or with baby carrier is a good option, so I wonder if it\'s practical to use car seat in taxi.
Did u hear about Graco travel system? I saw a stroller with car seat at Eugene Baby, don\'t know about its quality.

As i know, if the car seat can fit to a stroller, the car seat only capable to baby up to around 9 months, relatively small

Thats true. However when baby is 9m+, I will travel less on taxi or baby will rely on it too much.

I dont know much about Graco but you can try it hands on in EugeneBaby. Just make sure the weight is acceptable to you and chasis is small enough to fit in taxi's back.
