I know things sometimes broke during transportation so I purchase insurance for that. However, they refuse to compensate me and told me in the email that they regret to compensate because the reason is so complicated and they can not explain that in writing. LOL! I talk to some other brothers in other forum an d knew that Wilcan are so reluctant to compensate even you have bought the insurance. Never purchase insurance, save a few thousands as they will not compensate anyway.
