I went there around that around. The only pro is location. No shopping mail, no bus station around there. Not convince for shopping food. 附近全部係整車店！ Sydney housing is not like HK housing. 香港的住屋建得很好，用料好。

Should expect to see scaffoldings during construction. Just a construction site until they finish building and landscaping.
The main difference will be the surrounding buildings, they tend to photoshop these out in their ad.
