我覺得bb咁細個食燕窩難消化, 如果你認為佢唔夠蛋白質既話...可以比蛋白佢食一樣有營養架...冇胃駛$丫!

因为 grandma 想给BB 吃, 曾经问过儿科doctor，he said一岁半才能吃。

For the case of my daughter, I tried to feed her when she was 10 months old but she was allgery to bird nest. Then I stopped it until 1.5 years old.

For the case of my son, I tried to feed him during 11 months old. He is doing quite good with that and his health is obviously improved.

Actually, my son got pneumonia before and a little bit anemia which is similar as Mediterranean anemia. Therefore, I want to feed him bird nest to improve his lung and health condition.

For my opinion, if it is not a must, better to feed him later. If you really want to feed him brid nest, give him 野生冇漂過果d should be better, less 雜貨

Ha? Really? Only after 1.5 years old.

I give bird nest to baby since she was 7 months.
For consecutive 5 days for every other week.

What is the bad effect?
