What type of cheese for baby under 1 year old?

Hi all,
I'm giving my 8 month-old son Kraft Cheese for snack. There are many typrs of cheese in the supermarket. Which one will you pick? Or whick one is good for baby under 1 year-old? And how do you feed your baby?
