My baby is now 7 months and I usually give her 皇帝蕉仔. It is sweet and soft. She likes it very much.
I have also give her a bit of 大蕉 once for she has no poo poo for ?? days, I've forgotten. To my opinion, 大蕉 will not be too hard if it is mature enough. I mashed the banana and mix with some human milk. She also likes it very much.
