cour carre used to be quite good (10 years ago), quality got worse and worse... I haven't bought from them for many many years.
if budget is not too tight, I suggest emporio armani or hugo boss, quality is good, similar price range. wait until they are on sale, with 30% discount the price is not too unreasonable.
zara la, good quality and workmanship especially their sartorie (spelling may not be 100%) line. cheaper than tailor made. i bought a suit at $1,299 on sale.

why don't u choose Mark & Spenser, quality is good no matter which countries their suit made from, they provide a pretty good quality, and wide prices range for u to choose.
they sell the same fabrication of Blazer & pants separately, so u can buy one Blazer with 2 pants since u need to clean pants much more than Blazer, while sometimes I found an yarn dyed pattern Blazer is easier to match by solid pants (Black). and I learned their return sevice is quite easy as their cashier would remind u how to do for yr every purchase.
