I've been sick for a week. I normally pump 4 times a day and the total output is about 700ml+. Due to sickness in the past week, I pumped 2 times only and didn't eat and drink much. The milk production dropped to about 300ml+. :-(
點算呀？How to increase the milk production to go back to the previous level???? HELP!!!
I've now recovered. 嘩！感冒菌入腸真係唔可以睇少，不斷疴、vomit and 發燒到39.5度，真係想死。However I quite enjoyed of losing weight during that week. I lost about 4-5 kg within a week but now my weight is back.
BF 要多勞多得，once 少泵，便會出得越來越少。My target to bf is to last for a year. Thus, there are 2.5 months to go, and I have to maintain the milk production level.
BTW, 鋒鋒雙耳confirm 對聲音完全冇反應，教統局剛配了一邊助聽器比佢，睇下有冇幫助。與此同時，威爾斯follow up 睇下佢是否適合做人工耳窩。

Thanks for your concern. My milk production has gradually been increased. Really can't lose weight while breastfeeding. Once I eat less, the milk production will drop. Are your also breastfeeding?
yes. i'm still breastfeeding but no more skin-to-skin. the expressed milk can support my son's demand with surplus. my weight is static now. i always feel hungry and eat alot.
