2歲半小朋友一天共食多少餐??

我的小女早餐飲奶,中午吃飯,Tea-time飲奶,晚上與我們共晉晚餐,臨睡前飲一支奶,便睡到天光....這個組合會不會吃得太多,又或者不妥當呢!?可否大家俾一點意見我,作為日後參考....

我個女2歲半,每日如下:

08:30 6安奶
10:00 返校茶點
12:30 牛奶麥片+餅
17:00 6安奶
19:00 飯 & 菜 & 肉
21:30 6安奶

請問午餐是否應食飯 or congee?

My girl as below:

7:30am : 7-8 oz milk
8:45am : 1/2 Rasin Brown Bread + Fruits
11:30-12pm : Lunch, veggies+ meat+ rice =8-9oz + Soups
3:30pm : Either Milk 7-8oz OR Tea break in School
(school tea break: bread 1 slide, fruits, 3 oz mlik/ovaltine)
5:00pm: Fruits
6:30pm: Dinner :veggies+ meat+ rice =8-9oz + soup
9:00pm : 6-7oz Milk then go to bed.

My girl is 34mths, she is very skinny, but she loves to eat. she is around 27-28Ibs , her height is M size.

jacquelinechu : YES, I think you should give your girl rice/ noddles for lunch.

Hi ST,

my daughter is also around 27-28Ibs and her height is M size too.

what type of noodles should I cook for her? as I don't want to cook rice for her lunch, thanks.

any noddles can do. e.g. " tung sum fun"/Undo/ wht noddles/japanese ramen with minced pork / beef/ fish/chicken and veggies.

Also, u can cook her the pasta that available in Marks & Spenser , which the shape is Stars..... or ABC pasta available in Parknshop.
