If you are not happy with your job, just quit it. As I know it is easy to find a job now. My collegue has resign & in 2 weeks she can got confirm from 3 company. Now she is thinking which company to go.
I don't have confidence on myself. I just feel like I am the slave of money. Why should I live in this way - unhappy and depressed? Most probably I will quit. I just want to make sure that I do the right way.
I am looking for a stable job with regular working hours. You know most jobs request OT. I don't mind OT but not everyday - that means overload. In fact my recent job is really quite technical and specific and it's hard to find job in the same field. I don't want to stay in the same field too. Otherwise, I will face the same stress and tight life. My husband asks me to go to agencies. I don't want to be a "business woman". My family and son is the first priority. I think it's not easy to change my "career" at my age (early 3x).
You should not be depressed. First of all, you must think about how much you want to earn and which field you want to do. You know the working hour always related to the salary.
If you don't mind earning less, I'm sure you can find a job. Just tell us which field you want to work, we can give you advice.
I'm also your age & and I've change my job 2 years ago. So age is not a problem......
I'm working in this chemical company for more than 7 years. However, I like creative work. Sometimes I think I am full of crazy ideas. I like drawing too. I have think about design but I don't have the qualification. Of course, I don't mind to reduce my salary. In fact, I don't quite understand myself. I want to try many industries, e.g cosmetics, design, admin, child care, etc.
Actually, not every company need to OT like crazy. It depends on the company's style, like my field, merchandising, some of my friend can leave puntually & some are working OT everyday until 11. It depends on your luck.
If you are so creative, you can try to join also Merchandising field as they need to hv also creative mind. And it is easy to find a job.

I think of merchandising but I don't have any experience in this field. I am afraid that I even don't have a chance on interview. Anyway, I'll try. Thanks a lot for your advice.
