actually i can bring myson back to London to continue study, but i really don't want to leave my husband alone.....we will miss each other very much..
but my parents really want me to get back, but i refuse :evil:

i think you must have try the "char siu" at London..
very different taste than hk ar....

pinky, 我完全同意丁丁丁所講呀. 我覺得非不得以先要行兩夫妻分隔兩地呢步. 等個女大左比佢去讀書咪得囉. 我個情況係, 細佬&妹都係果邊, 我阿媽就50/50 hk & vancouver, 我對果邊非常熟亦好鐘意, 但我老公唔鐘意. 所以我就在hk囉. :wink:

I never lived in London.. but visit there back in 86... and that's all I could remember "wong kee" the lousy wonton noodle costs over 4 pounds... just can't believe it..

yes.. totally agreed... if you are financially o.k. and why separate the family into 2 countries..

even for my friend who working in China...I told her.. if you could move - move to station with the husband...or not... making less money but family together.
when you were away from the kids.. you may miss all those sweet memory

Pinky, 丁丁丁 and EQ,

I am living in Vancouver (east) and just been to here since 2001. It is very boring but I am doing gym 5 days a week now because I have to attend my sister's wedding at HK in the end of this year. What will you do everyday? Are you stay at home mom?

I have to agree that more Chinese people doesnt mean you can find friends. Just like me!

I don't know that what is SO. Can you spell it ? I will be move to Clarksburg, Germantown on Nov. I just to take care my baby, watch TV and go to website so I feel so boring. My family will go to shopping on weedend. Do you have HK style cafe at your county? We will always go to HK style cafe(Maria's bakery cafe). You can try it. :-P

a full time house wife in a foreign country might be boring. lucky I have a job here and working from 9-5 occupied most of my time... The job here is more relaxing in compare with HK, but diff to make friends here.. the culture and interest..
people talking about hocky, baseball.. while I have no idea about. watching the american idol, the survivor that I am not interested to... so :cry:

Dear Pinky,

If I were you, I won't go anymore. Like me, immigrated N.Z. for 8 years because of my children. Before the date I don't think anything because my parents still young.

But now, I miss my husband and all my family. Actually, I really enjoy the time in here but can't live without my family. I am always thinking my parents cos they are too good. They are getting older so I have to look after them as well.

If your daughter also got the passport, I think you much better stay in H.K. (but all the kids' activities is quite expensive). All depends what's your husband think!!
