My son likes:

7. Walt Disney's movies e.g. Lion King, Nemo, Peter Pan
8. 龍猫
9. pink panther
I allow him to watch 1 only each day, and he can watch the same one for weeks!
For 2 years old children, I would recommend "Maisy". The language is simple and is bilingual. There are special theme for each story like colours, counting, ABC, beach, bedtime etc. Also, I find that it is good that you may also buy the same series of books and workbooks.
Another series is "Learning English with Kid Songs"
I think "Maisy" is "小咪咪". I need to double check when I'm back home. This series of VCDs can be bought in lot of places selling CDs. You can actually look at the books first because the VCDs are very similiar. See if you like the style and character first.
