Between milk powder and fresh milk (bottle), which one is better? What is the difference on the vitamin? Can I feed my 4 years old son bottle fresh milk instead of milk powder?
Of course, I gave my son fresh/UHT milk when he was 2.5 (my son's doctor said OK) and he's now 6 already. It depends on whether your son likes the taste as they are quite different.
